Valorant Challengers EMEA

Many Regions. One Shared Identity.

Context
The Valorant Challengers EMEA brings together regional Valorant eSport competitions where players fight to reach the highest tiers of the Valorant esports ecosystem. However, these leagues differed greatly in skill level, naming, and identity, creating confusion around their role, hierarchy, and legitimacy.
This fragmentation weakened recognition and made it harder for fans to fully engage with the competition at a regional level.

Concept
We created a shared identity designed to unite all regions while allowing each one to express its own culture.
Inspired by how fans traditionally show support through flags, group names, and graffiti, the system was built to be flexible, bold, and deeply rooted in local pride. By working closely with each region, we captured their cultural codes and translated them into distinct visual expressions, all connected by a common league framework.

Scope
Creative direction, definition of a scalable visual identity system, regional adaptations, key visuals, and visual guidelines ensuring consistency across all leagues while preserving strong local expression, announcement video.
